Custom Home went over the details and what should be expected during the installation. My roof was approximately 3600 square feet, 2 layers thick and I was told it would take two days for the installation. The first day the roof was taken down to wood boards, 20 new 4x8 boards, new ridge vents and underlayment along with shingles were installed by 5pm on the same day. The second day was just reinstalling vinyl siding in 2 small locations. The production planner, Jazmine kept me up to date on the next steps in the process and ensured my requirements were met. For payment, I put half of the cost down and paid the balance once the job was complete. Only one issue came up during the final payment, that was a 3% fee if you use the credit card as final payment. I recommend getting a cashier's check one all the additional charges are finalized, you'll save a few dollars.

Mark is his team are second to no one! Their work was flawless and added much value to my home!! Had shutters, gutters, all new trim, and 20+ windows installed.
