CONNIVING business, the manager gave no care in the world to our precarious situation. If you want a business to communicate with you or help alleviate problems in case of any issue on your special day, DO NOT USE THEM! They will take advantage of you. Beware! We rented a hummer limousine. When the hummer arrived, it had broken air conditioning. We asked them to bring one with working air conditioning. The new limo was not a hummer - but they refused to change the price. What kind of business is this? We asked to pay the price for the cheaper limo we were receiving, or a discount for the inconvenience, as we now late to our event. They refused and said we needed to pay the original price for the hummer limo or not use them at all. We decided to not let this effect our night. We paid full price in order to be on our way. There was NO ICE or other conveniences as stated in the contract. The AUX plug did not work, and the limo driver did not even flinch at the fact that we were trying to put on some music. He tried to change the settings up front, and when it didn't work he just kept driving - with no desire to help. The last 4 minutes of our drive the music finally started working - after renting the limo for an hour + ride. They likely knew of all the above and purposefully did not communicate with us prior arriving, so we would be in a precarious situation and have to sign.

The service received from Custom Limosuine was anything but pleasant. We ordered a Hummer H2 limo for our fraternity formal. Upon arrival of the limo, I hopped in to make sure everything was in place. When I got in it was blazing hot in the back and the a/c was blowing hot air. Again, going to formal so my entire group is in suits. We were told by the manager to “just roll down the windows”. Only the two windows in the very back worked the front one was broken. We waited for 25 minutes to see if it would cool down and it never did so we asked for a new limo to be sent. Mind you it was now 6:30 with the event starting at 7 and we hadn’t even gotten to take pictures. The new limo arrived at 6:55. The limo pulls up and it is not a Hummer that we paid for, it was a Ford F-250 limo. At this point we have no other way to get to formal, so we hop in at what is now the start of formal, 7 o’clock, and head to go take pictures. After everything we all were just finally excited to be leaving but this limo was even worse. It had a trashy truck bead cover on it, did not come with the ice bins full and most of all THE STEREO IN THE LIMO WAS BROKEN!!! What is the point of a limo with no music? The driver was also terrible. Both times that he opened the door for us he opened it on the street side not the curb side, which is very unprofessional for a limo service. As all this is happening I am on the phone attempting to work with the company to try to get some form of compensation for them making us almost an hour late. Instead of compensation I was yelled at by the “owner” and strong armed into having to ride in something that we did not pay for with terrible customer service. Overall horrible customer service, horrible vehicles and just an overall terrible time. If I could do zero stars I would.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this Limo company was so awful that it had to be done. The owner needs to learn to treat his customers with more respect and empathy. A group of my friends and I rented a limo for formal, and what was supposed to be a great night, turned into a huge headache and nightmare. The first limo that arrived had no AC. So we had to call and request for another one. The owner said it would take 20-30 minutes for a new one to arrive. Also, he refused to extend our paid time of an hour until we negotiated for over 10 minutes. The second limo that arrived was completely different from the first one we requested. The first was a white Escalade, the second limo was a TRUCK limo. We then called the owner again and asked if we could receive a discount or a refund, all of which were denied. I will never use this company again, and would advise others to do the same. Awful.

Terrible experience. 0/5. I'm embarrassed for the service my guests received. First, we ordered the Hummer limo and there wasn't air conditioning in half the vehicle; with 20 some people and few windows that got hot pretty quickly. Then, another limo was sent as replacement, which by now we are behind schedule. The second limo was some sort of truck limo with flames on the interior..? To our surprise, the auxiliary feature and radio system are inoperable in the second limo so we got to listen to commercials all the way to the venue. None of the ice bins had ice and the driving was choppy at best. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had an amazing time. Driver was always polite and on time. Never had any problems. Good idea for parents wanting to go extra for their kids prom/wedding
