Customline Shower

We are so pleased with our new shower door. The process was so easy and the staff at Customline was great to work with from show room to install. Will, the installer, has installed several shower doors at our home and he is fantastic - professional, courteous, and makes sure everything is installed correctly. Would highly recommend using Customline.

I called for information on replacing my shower door. The next day Mark called and came by. He measured everything, gave me a great quote, and I paid the deposit. Mark connected me with a company that refinishes showers, and I contacted them for a quote. Mark was very professional and helpful. He even removed the old shower door and set it in the garage for pick up when the new door arrives. Unfortunately, there was an incident that has created a delay in me proceeding with the shower getting refinished. Customline was very understanding, refunded my deposit, and set the order aside until the shower can be refinished. I truly appreciated their understanding and am looking forward to calling them as soon as possible to have Mark resubmit the order.

I called for a service on my shower doors they installed a couple of years ago and I was told there would be a minimum service fee which I was fine with. I was called the next day by a gentleman Mark? who came by and took just 20 minutes to make an adjustment and when I asked how to pay the bill, he responded, “just leave a nice review and we’ll call it even”. I really appreciate your service and professionalism!

This company came through with flying colors for us. The customer service was great from beginning to end. The measuring for the new shower doors, the quick completion, the installation and the quality of the final product, everything was beyond our expectations.

Customline recently installed shower doors and bath accessories for me in two homes. The installation crew was very professional, came prepared with an extra set of hands to move the glass panels, worked in a timely manner and left the site tidy and clean. The crew also did a walk-thru with me to make sure the bath accessories were installed where I needed them. Overall, great job!

We recently had Customline out to replace bathroom mirrors at our home. From getting the bid to the actual replacement, we received excellent and professional treatment. The installers were very nice, polite, and professional. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I would not recommend this company. I would have given a 0 score if possible. Unprofessional and very poor customer service. I tried to sort this out amicably reaching out to them more than once to see how we could resolve the matter but with no luck. I had ordered a few bathroom accessories and glass based on the recommendation from my builder and when I found that they did not have the Tower bar for the size I wanted, I asked them to cancel only the order for my accessories. Customline unilaterally decided to cancel the whole order which included the installation of the glass. Further more, they said that I would have to pay for Tower Rings from Moen since it was already shipped to them and there was no cancellation or refund for that $156 loss for me - custom order according to them. Not sure how a Towel ring from Moen is a customer order? I called their sales rep Mark and he would not take or even return my calls. Chelsea their customer service rep was also very rude and not helpful. She said she would have Mark call me who never did. My emails were also not answered. They invoiced me for the glass and the accessories in June'21 and I finally received the glass and accessories today, 8 months later. Also the glass was incorrectly measured. Not sure how somebody can get measurements wrong for a simple glass cabinet. Stay away from this company - unprofessional and absolutely poor customer service!!

We had a great experience with Customline Shower. Our contractor recommended them based on quality and pricing. He was right. We have a beautiful, semi-frameless shower for our new bathroom that looks awesome and was very affordable. Everyone at Customline Shower was great - the estimator, the installers, Lori in the office when we made our final payment. I'd would definitely use Customline Shower again and am happy to recommend them!
