AAA Four Diamond CUT restaurant in Las Vegas is the second location for master chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck’s critically acclaimed, award-winning Beverly Hills steakhouse of the same name in the Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel. Widely acknowledged as one of the most popular restaurants in the United States, CUT has raised the bar within the fine dining industry and has garnered high praise from prestigious publications including the New York Times, Los Angeles Times (Three Stars), Wall Street Journal and Wine Spectator and was named one of the top three steakhouses in America by Bon Appetit Magazine.

Located at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Avery Brooks & Associates designed the 160-seat restaurant and 60-seat bar, providing a modern aesthetic to the traditional steakhouse. Adjacent to the restaurant’s main dining room is an energetic, upscale bar and lounge showcasing exclusive custom cocktails, classic drinks and a smaller menu called “Rough Cuts” featuring CUT’s popular appetizers. It provides a perfect vantage point to people watch into the bustling Shoppes at The Palazzo, overlooking the famous Barneys New York. Private dining space also is available featuring a fully retractable bronze glass wall that opens to a contemporary wine display.

I had a business meeting/dinner here while at a conference in Vegas. The food was delicious, very high quality. We ordered a ton of food. The service was also amazing. It's been awhile since I've had such attentive and helpful staff and I want to especially call that out. It's been hard on hospitality with effects of Covid. The wait staff was wonderful. Only thing I'd change is I took the time to make a reservation, please sit my party, whether complete or not, upon arrival. We probably would've spent more money on drinks while we waited instead of standing to wait for a table that was already ready. Outstanding meal and service outside of that! You will.not be disappointed. Order the sparkling Rose they have on the menu, it's fabulous!
This was our first time at this restaurant and I must say our experience was amazing. The service was first class all of the servers checked on us and I loved how they explained each dish as they came out. Our water glasses were never empty. The oysters were some of the best we've ever had and the Tomahawk steak was amazing as was the cauliflower and desert. This place is pricey but worth every penny. I promise you wont be disappointed. We've been talking about this food for the past week. They wrapped the Tomahawk bone to take home to our Rottweiler. We will be coming back to Vegas in a couple of weeks and will definitely come back for dinner. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable.
Okay, so I chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner, and I was thoroughly happy I did. Our waiter, Christian, was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable of every single item and wine pairing that he made my selections easy to make. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, this place made me feel so luxurious and like royalty that I can't wait to go back. The food was so amazing and flavorful - it put me in the most blissful mood to gamble. Though I wasn't able to see him, Wolfgang Puck was eating there on my special night, and just knowing that made me feel exclusive. The atmosphere made you feel like you're in a highrise in Manhattan - very chic ,clean, and modern. If you're in the mood for luxury, then this is your place! Came here for a birthday celebration. Opted in on the extra birthday cake they were offering. Wouldn't pay $50 for the birthday cake again but wanted to make it feel extra special. Service was spectacular!! The server was nice enough to have asked if there were any other plans we had that night and we had to catch a show right after dinner. He was very knowledgeable about how long it would take us to get to the venue with traffic and made it aware to us that they'll get us eating quickly to make it to the show and he definitely delivered that quick service for us. Probably the best mac n cheese I've had. Steak and lamb chops were great too.
This is my favorite steakhouse so far in Las Vegas. The servers had a an answer to every one of my questions. The cocktails are prepared right in-front of you, and so is the fish if you so happen to order it. The steak medium cooked, was perfectly seasoned with just the right toppings. I’ll definitely try this restaurant again next time.
Great Food Great service Great selection One of those rare places that does not cut corners when quality and taste are concerned. Appetizer was a very fresh and tasty Caesar salad $24. Main course attraction was a well marbled, delicious Bone in Rib Chop $89, prepared to perfection as I had requested - medium rare. Accompanying the main dishes to our table were: Broccolini, Cut style Mac and Cheese, corn as great of a corn one can have and Hand cut French fries, they know how to make these taste so good. If you have a special occasion, celebration or want to just enjoy a great meal, highly recommend a reservation and open pallet at the Cut Venetian. By the time all plates were returned, no one had any room for dessert. Have had the pleasure of dining here number of times in the past, quality and service is consistently great.
Service was over the top. In fact, so much so it certainly overshadowed the wonderful food. While the appetizers, side dishes, and drinks were superb, surprisingly the steak was marginally better than most regular steakhouses. Knew it would be an expensive experience, but don’t be surprised to see the incredibly high prices which is the only reason CUT would be rated 1/2 rounded up. Overall, it was a very nice experience.
Awesome experience at CUT by Trevor and Kim, they were awesome taking care of us. The menu explained with patience with their suggestions being off the charts!!! Highly recommend the big eye tuna appetizer. The aged steak was on point and the best lamb chops I’ve ever had. Table side service was awesome as they did something with the dessert. Definitely visiting again.
Some costumer doesn’t know what a real meat restaurant is. They are only use to eat very easy to cut filet, period. CUT is the essence of what a great steak house has and should be. From the dedicated service, incredibly well made libations, perfectly prepared side dishes, to the savory beautifully presented desserts. But the meat. Oh, the meat!! That is what this restaurant is all about and more. If visiting the Venetian in Vegas, this is a must go place. Wolfgang Puck have a five star in this one.
Started with nice old fashion . Snacked on to order bread. Went to town on porterhouse steak medium with pink in the middle. We also ordered amazing creamy Mac and cheese . Can stop there without getting lobster . Everything was amazing be prepared to pay a good amount.
