I had an appointment with one of your workers who canceled on me twice. I paid a $50 deposit and could not get my deposit back and said she gave my deposit to my daughter who is coming to her to get her hair fixed. She never communicated with me even though I text her.

Was a little sketchy at first because I'm not from the area but it turned out to be a great environment. Everyone was nice. Kay got us in and out with exceptional service. Will return without hesitation.

The people there are very professional and take their jobs serious, I would recommend this to anyone who prefers quality over inconvenience. I give them 5 stars.
