I've been going to Thomas at the Washington location for a few years now. Always does a great job on the haircut and beard trim. I would highly recommend him. The owner Brandy is also amazing. She set up an at home haircut and beard trim last minute for a close friend of mine going through a very difficult time and unable to get out in public. I just moved from Baltimore and was not really looking forward to finding another barbershop and a new barber, always a gamble. Cutthroat was an answered prayer, and Brent did an AMAZING job, maybe the best cut I've ever had, make this man a level 2.

Made a 3:30 appt online and was confirmed. They texted me asking for 3 with less than a day's notice. I came a bit late to the appt and they said they can't take me. But my barber had just finished. So he didn't finish on time. Bad business practice. I'll stick to the argyle league or the montrose location

I came in scheduling a same day cut to shape up my beard and get my style back. I got my haircut from Afshin, and he did an awesome job. I asked for the edges to be touched up along my jawline and he kept it very straight. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends. The place is cool and the vibe is great but the hair cut I got is not what I asked. I showed pictures as a reference of the hair style I wanted but didn’t receive what I expected. I went in with shoulder length hair and came back with not so far from about an inch of length when it was not what I asked for. I didn’t complain because I’m a very polite person and I didn’t want the person to feel bad for the hair cut. It will always grow back right? But from a 3.5 year hair growth to this makes me wish I didn’t cut it in the first place. Barbers just check what the costumer shows you before anything and make sure to constantly ask the costumer if everything is being done as they wanted. Sometimes people don’t say things to avoid making others feel bad. the person seemed nice but the hair cut was not good.
