Great experience. They had the best bedside manner. I felt like we were in good hands as soon as I was greeted. The way you made my dog comfortable and loved and reassured. Also, explaining what was happening in a clear way so I could understand was appreciated. To top it off they even had a welcome sign in the room with my dogs name. Thank you

5 stars!! You guys rock. My cat Duke was seen today for a further work up of his heart disease. As you can see in the picture he had a blast during his echocardiogram thanks to the churro treats they offered! Technician Jillian was friendly and handled my cat gently, and Dr Pouliot was fantastic. Took plenty of time to go over my cats results, she even sat on the floor with us and gave Duke lots of love while we talked. Although it was an emotional visit for us me! Ha the staff was so caring and knowledgeable. Excellent patient and client care.

Our appointment, from start to completion, was without flaw. The support staff handled “Milo” with a level of concern and care that made us feel comforted. The consultation with Dr Rosenthal, following the procedure, gave us conclusive answers and clearly mapped our way forward....we are so grateful to CVCA

The entire staff is super friendly and compassionate. The vet tech/assistant was WONDERFUL. She was so awesome I was so focused on how amazing she is I forgot to get her name, but I think it was Amanda. : She really helped me feel at ease at what is a very stressful time in my life. You never go to the cardiologist with positive anticipation. You are extremely lucky to have her on your staff. Dr. Everett was equally wonderful. She was transparent, answered every question I had, and was very kind on top of professional. Even though Augustus' heart is fine, there is a mass in his chest and Dr. Everett pointed me toward the next steps in his care. The only thing I wish your office could do is schedule appointments with the surgical center that shares office space. Like with humans, I imagine your office calling another specialist office could get a pet in who has recurrent pleural effusion, which is an urgent matter, an appointment faster than 2 weeks out. I'm not dwelling on this because that might not be how the vet med world works. This is just on my wish list. Update to add CVCA requested internal medicine specialist review chart and give stat appt based on his need and we have an appointment today!

I can't say enough good things about my experience today at CVCA! Dr. Everett and the Kira were absolutely wonderful and took great care of my dog Betsy. Everything about the experience was professional and friendly, from the front desk through checkout. I really appreciated the time and care Dr. Everett took to walk me through the results of the diagnostic tests, and felt reassured that Betsy was in such excellent hands. Thank you SO much!

You exceeded my every expectation. So that combined with a better than I expected diagnosis made for the best possible visit. Thank you!! Dr. Everett and everyone was fantastic. I even and my discharge summary before got home. Fantastic! You explained your findings in language appropriate to me. But really it was everything. Your "bedside/car side manners, our care for me and my dog it was all great. You took less time than you estimated. Everything was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!!

This was my first time at CVCA and I felt completely comfortable with my pet being seen and treated. I felt like the staff really cared about the health of my pet and wanted to give me all available options to provide the best care possible. Most importantly, I never felt rushed as everyone took their time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

Dr. Shih, Dr. Everett, Maria and all of the staff at CVCA are angels. They treat my dog like their own and I trust the decisions they have help me make. If only human doctors were this responsive, efficient and caring. I cannot thank them enough!

Great first visit and experience. Staff were very friendly and knowledgable. They were very kind and attentive to my cat. Made it very low stress for us. Vet explained everything duting the ECG and I got to stay in the room. Got the report almost immediately after we left.

You are all incredible super heroes! Thank you for saving lives and being so kind and awesome while doing it! I love everything about CVCA towson. Everyone is so so kind to me and my pets always, the appointment was quick and efficient, the appointment room where the echo happens is so cute and inviting with the chalk board welcoming the patients of that day and with the string lights on the ceiling for when the lights are dimmed for the echo. Dr. Shih and the assistant helping were just so wonderful, my dog is not great for his visits but they were so patient while still being quick to prevent stress. This is my third pet that I have had seen by CVCA towson and I have always had excellent experiences every time, even when the news has not been the greatest. CVCA towson staff is amazing! Thank you so much for all you do!
