CVS Pharmacy

This CVS is the best. The staff is wonderful and are always willing to help. They also have a great Pharmacy Department that are always willing to help. The store is very organized.

Not as crowded lately. Social Distancing practiced. Workers always ready to help.

Upfront staffs are extremely rude. They don’t know how to answer questions in a full sentence and give off an attitude as if it’s a burden to do their job. They act like they are miserable with their lives and are taking it out with their customers.

rude cashiers ..worst pharmacy service . i prefer to go back to the cvs on baypkwy . Today A russian pharmacist did not want to help me for a prescription until the guy in the back did. I dont think that place has a manager . !

Love this pharmacy! The staff are all extremely kind, gracious and helpful. They always take the time out of whatever they're doing to go out of their way to help me out. Front store is amazing as well. The young lady, KIM, helped me one day, Very informative and helpful. Love this CVS. Best one in brooklyn.

Disappointed with their pharmacy system that not capture or store the insurance info effectively. Staffs are ok, but feel sorry for them that both staff and customer are wasting time to research and reenter the insurance data. SAD
