always have to wait on hold for more than 20 mins. store shelves never stocked, store mgmt clearly don't know how to run his store.save yourself aggravation and go elsewhere. only when Theresa is there does things run efficiently

They advertise drive-thru testing and it’s not!!!!!! False advertising!!! They make you get out, go into a room and do the test yourself!!!!

T. NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.HEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THE PAPER BAGS. BAD ENOUGH THERE ARE NO CASHIERS AND ONLT 3 MACHINES WORK. 1 ONLY TAKES CASH. THE BAG LAW ACCORDING TO THE NY POST IS PUSHED BACK UNTIL JUNE 15TH. HAD FIGHT WITH MANAGER .

Not a bad place to shop. Large food section for a drugstore. One manned register and self-checkout stations.

There's a nasty woman in the pharmacy section, she has braids, very mean and rude. For some reason when i show her the cvs app she doesn't want to check my medications on it and when she does she says that if any of the medications is not there it isn't even if you tell her to check by date of birth does not do her job. Nasty chad!

I went to buy cough medicine because I am really sick. They wouldn’t accept my 42 year olds fathers ID because it was expired, even though he had papers showing he was getting a new one and his ID was still valid. They told us they can’t prove he’s 18. HE HAS GRAY HAIR AND A BEARD. Thank you CVS for prolonging my sickness.
