go somewhere else. horrific pharmacy. completely incompetent at answering phones and refilling prescriptions. my doctor left a voicemail to refill a script for me a month ago and they still have not filled it

I really don't understand if anyone at this pharmacy even works? You call and no one EVER answers the phone. You have to wait so long. I dont understand why that in itself is so hard...

If you ever try to call this Pharmacy, get a bottle of wine and 5 bags of popcorn because you will be waiting on hold for at least 15 minutes before anyone answers the phone. If no one answers and you decide to go into the store, they will ask: "well, why didn't you call"?............

Pharmacy service is horrible. Waited in line three separate times because the staff was clueless and very unhelpful. Switching to Walgreens.

They NEVER respond to the phone. Outrageous and irresponsible.
