Bought a hair wax on Thursday evening and went there for a exchange on Friday evening and Sunday afternoon. The staff always told me that only the manager can exchange. And he is only available in the morning. Is this reasonable? Can only return or exchange in the morning?
Very fast service good customer service
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff behind the counter. Too worried about talking to eachother to bother greeting you or talking to you while they ring you up. Don’t come here unless you want to receive attitude.
Not very helpful. I looked if the pharmacy was open, on google it says it is but when i park up at the place its CLOSED!? It would be helpful if it was accurate.
The pharmacy tech Jasmine did the best as she can got my insurance back up active n up to date cause a mistake that the insurance did but she got aound n got them to update thanks to her i got my medicine n can get better Jasmine is the most amazing person love her life rite now
Came into the store, I asked the manager if I was able to do cash back and he said he couldn’t because he pulled the drawers, it was only 9:47pm, they close at 10:00pm. Worst customer service.
