Your Covid robot is terrible. Either could not understand questions or gave answers to other questions not asked. Take her back to training or test her for Covid
They don't answer the phone at the Pharmacy, under staff no help, people waiting, my God where is the management here. No wonder there closing stores. System Failure
They don't take some medical cards. Go to Walgreens. Only rich folks with bought insurance can get their meds here. CVS is a failure to the people we people on gov assisted medical.
Entryway is soooo discussing. Not a good impression, mentioned it to employee and she said it gets cleaned every night. No!! It’s 11:00 am and it wasn’t cleaned, she could of cared less.
Waited a hour and a half at the window to take my Covid test. Sat there for 90 minutes and they told me “their computer is not working sorry about that.” Cost me a trip to Hawaii. Never go to the Maplewood cvs. Ever.
Nancy, in the pharmacy helped me today. So nice, and made sure my refill issue was resolved to the end. She rocks!
