I don't understand what is the problem with this pharmacy department but they don't want to help,we can never get our meds online. service here just sucks
I've been using this CVS pharmacy because it's a few blocks from my doctor's office and like many other CVS stores it has much of the same thing... though I prefer the 24hour store
Similar to others, spent 30 minutes as second car in line at Drive thru. Woman was rude and told me I wasn't listening because it was difficult to hear her through her mask, the staticy microphone and outside noise. Worst option for PCR test. Use another location.
Today was the last time I will visit this location. Every month I pick up my one prescription here. There is a small line of cars at drive thru every time and it takes forever. Today, I pull in with 2 cars in line. I was 3rd and thought I would time it. 28 minutes! And I’m not even exaggerating! Worst location ever! You could drive to any location in Warwick and be back before you made it through a 3 car line at this location! Horrible!
There are never enough registers open very slow operation. The pharmacy personal are extremely rude they told me you have a prescription needed to be filled i said i would wait 20 minutes later this rude pharmacist came over and said i had no scripts needed to be filled well she said i did and i waited for 20 minutes for nothing the person didnt even apologize very unprofessional
Ramona, the lovely woman in the pharmacy, reminded me why I love Providence. I am usually disappointed with CVS in other cities and I'll probably transfer my prescriptions here. But interactions with kind, joyful, fun people like Ramona turns an everyday errand into a day-brightening pleasure. She should train others on how to give great service. She even taught me some Spanish. An absolute delight!
They are lucky to get A 1star. Drive thru pharmacy takes 15minutes to 3hrs wait. I was here since 9am still waiting now its 1pm. People honking raging because they couldn't get out. I'm stranded. No wonder last year a girl got out of the car stabbing people car
Terrible customer service. Waited in drive-through for a Covid-19 test for an hour and a half after arriving early for my test. Tried calling the store while I was in line but was left on hold. Finally got to the front of the line and was told that the test provider had left and considered me a no-show.
If I sound upset, it is because I am. I am tired, having only slept under 12 hours in the last 74 hours, give or take a few. Now, I've been filling perscriptions here and picking up quarter gallons of milk here because I live close by. I've never had an issue, and both the pharmacy staff and store staff are polite, courteous, and often go out of their way to help you. Except for this past week. On Tuesday I ran out of one medication, as I sometimes do if I do not plan ahead. Occasionally, this means I may go without a medication for a single day, that's it. I went in person to fill 3 perscriptions. The issues started here. After going through a very unpleasant discussion where I felt the pharmacist on duty at 7 didn't care at all about any issues I had, I leave without medication. The next day, I call my doctor, who tells me they faxed over the script that CVS wouldn't fill. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it to CVS on Wednesday, hence my unpleasant discussion on Tuesday. Thursday, I go into work on 4 hours of sleep. I call in at 3PM and am told "we never received your prescription." I can't get in touch with my doctor. Friday. I can't get in touch with my doctor, so I have my Primary Care doc fax a script over. I call, and am told "oh, we got that one but didn't fill it, because we had that same prescription filled yesterday". I go in and get my medication, and find that IT WAS FILLED 8PM on THURSDAY, but nobody called me! So I had to call out of work for Friday because I had so little sleep I couldn't function. I still can't, but at least I have medication so I can sleep soundly tonight. Just Peachy.
Usually have some good deals on groceries, especially cereal, granola, and beverages. There’s a bathroom available to the public. Often times, there’s a lot of people waiting to check out with 1 or 2 cashiers so don’t go here if you’re in big hurry. The long receipts drive me crazy sometimes but there’s a few good deals on there.
