CVS Pharmacy

I would like to give 0 if Google have.I go to drive through to pick up my daughter’s medicine in bottle,the pharmacist told come back after 30-40minutes .I came back to drive through,same grey colour sweater pharmacist said still need to wait 10minutes.Ok fine,I parked on parking lot and wait 10minutes and went inside the counter.The another pharmacist said they don't have it .We went to urgent care and my daughter need to have it on time,we said at very beginning,if they don’t have can tell earlier.Very unprofessional and no sympathy!!! I had bad experience before,but from now I will not come to this store anymore. Walgreen not so far,Go there

I was totally satisfied several months ago. I have been waiting for a week and a half for my prescription. When my doctor called the prescription in was over two weeks ago. They called to confirm it was ready for pickup. When I got there they said it was on backorder. But Waited until last night They called me again saying it would be ready at 10:10 Pm when I got there they still said they were on back order.saying it would be ready last night at 10:10 pm. I was there. I have been waiting over a week and if I have to go into the hospital CVS is going to be responsible for it. Not going to get a law suit but definitely an investigation. I would like to find out what happened to the first bottle that they said was ready for pickup and I got there and they said oh no we don't have it so what did they do so put in another person's bottle or out the back door. Has been going on for a couple weeks last night I was there again at the time they told me to be there and I think the timing was meant to be when the head pharmacist wasn't there is something shady on going there and I'm calling the DEA. CVS in that immediate area going to be under immediate investigation

I have stopped having our prescriptions filled here. After being told a prescription was ready via a text message, I arrived to pick it up only to be told that they had to order it. The next time I was given the same excuse. Speaking to the head pharmacist got me the response that the text was “ambivalent”. I promptly returned home, called our doctor and asked him to send the prescription to Walgreens. Two hours later I got a call from Walgreens that it was ready and was able to pick it up a short time later. Made an attempt to get a flu shot at CVS. Website says “walk in” flu shots. Again NIT TRUE. No more CVS for me!

Cvs is a great store but the staff treats you like a thief. They follow you around and stare at you while you check out! It’s the weirdest feeling in the world. I’ve never stolen anything and to have people follow you around is insane. Keep your receipt with these people.

The pharmacy has made a couple of mistakes and they provide really slow service. I’m switching to a different CVS after they inactivated one of my prescriptions by mistake, one that I needed soon and now have to wait for my doctor to re-prescribe it.

Highly upset everytime I come to this pharmacy or speak to someone I get a different answer. When finally speaking to the head pharmacist he hung up on me because I was upset that every pharmacist tech kept telling me different things. I did not swear nor insult anyone. I was stern in finding out why my grandmother medicine is not filled. She is at risk of a stroke and all he is worried about is me being confused as to why my grandmother prescription is not filled. Very unprofessional

When you call to check on a prescription they tell you it is all ready for pickup, but when you arrive to pick it up it's not ready. Then they ask if you want to wait for an hour for them to fill it. They hound you when a prescription is ready for renewal but yet don't fill it in a timely manner. They need to better coordinate people's prescriptions. You pick one up and by the time you get home there's a text stating that another prescription is ready. Terrible customer service. Of course everyone blames their poor service on Covid. It's no longer an acceptable excuse.

Waited 30min in drive thru to get told I’d have to wait two hours for my daughters prescriptions to be ready. Then an hour and half later I receive a call telling me their out of stock of the medicine I just got told would take two hours. So I guess my sick child will wait for her antibiotics and breathing treatment thank you cvs for the clear communication when you could’ve known before attempting to fill a prescription that isn’t in stock. Not like she doesn’t need it to breathe or anything.

McGee not sure that’s how it’s spelt gave great service today in the face of adversity. I am grateful for his hard work

They told me I had to wait 4 days for a control substance due to the holidays didn't offer any other options besides call the doctor to change the prescription. But they were not out of stock of the whole medication just the certain milligram which can be changed. Nor did they offer calling another local cvs to send the script there instead
