Saadia and Dom gentleman with mask are the best! They are friendly, hardworking and help me maximize my rewards and/or coupons.
the worst pharmacy of my life! people are rudest! I arrived at 1:28 pm and waited until 1:31 pm to be told that it closed at 1:30 pm. My dog in the car needing medication. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!!
This location is close to home so my choice to get prescriptions filled here is intentional. Is it frustrating when you wait hours and at times days? Yes. It's incredibly busy, but the pharmacists are kind and will help you whenever possible. Tina and Shana work through their thirty minute lunch. Some of the technicians aren't skilled with people so their demeanor leaves you wondering why seek employment at a pharmacy where the clients approaching them are either ill or a family member is. However, we should bear in mind they are on their feet all day long. I have heard how some people speak to them, approach the counter while on their cell phone, complain because their PCP did not call in their order yet, etc. I'm certain they get tired. This location is busy at all times so if you aren't happy, CVS has nearby locations you can have your prescriptions filled.
I have had nothing but troubles with their pharmacy. 1. When I told them that my insurance said 3 months worth, they are not doing 3 months worth than the other day, I waited for a certain medication we. I waited they said they were going to get it done on a certain day. They gave me the wrong one and got it filled days later after I said I couldn’t go to my house because room mate has covid, can’t go home and I need the med.
Unprofessional chunky blonde girl at the pharmacy. I let her know I had to update my health insurance & she acted as if I didn’t want to do pay for my medications and had a huge attitude problem. Then proceeded to tell me to look for an OTC in the wrong place. Extremely unhelpful & only treated people that looked like her white nicely. Will be switching pharmacies where staff are better trained.
Closes before 11pm. Please update hours especially for people who come out of town
they closed 1 hour and 30 minutes early even though they have the hours of business posted in the front door, Also they have the time wrong in google which make people waste they time by traveling here thinking this places closes at 11pm
Worse pharmacy ever. Leave you ok hold for more than half hour without picking up phone every time I call. Nasty attitudes from tech. Prescription filled wrong and never corrected in the system and to boot they keep on auto fill prescriptions when I get them filled from a mail order company screwing up my back account and then my parents prescriptions. If this continues I will have to go up the ladder until it’s resolved because it’s starting to get out of control. I suggest you teach your pharmacy staff how to talk to customers on hold nicely and how to not fill unauthorized prescriptions. If I was able to I would of given zero stars.
Manager was rude saying that she don’t have a cashier and close the door in my face
The worst experience ever! My prescription plan changed from Walmart to CVS and I have had NOTHING but problems. They refill scrips when you don't want them. When you specify do not refill automatically, several times, they still do. Tell you a script is ready and it isn't. I spent 1 hour in 2 days trying to get a Covid booster, called the Revere location direction, they gave me a number that just dumped me into the same system that I spent 1/2 hour two times. I tried online it wouldn't bring up the Revere location. I went onto the Walmart site and had an appointment within 10 minutes. Unfortunately it isn't just this store my friend uses another and has had the same horror. PLUS the phone number on the internet is wrong!
