ZERO STAR they don't even deserve 1! CVS @ 66 High Ridge Road, Stamford CT. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Seen by the Indian pharmacy assistant don't recall her name at the drop off window I was in desperate need of a script ear drops. It was 1:20pm, she stated she was going to lunch that I had to return at 2pm. Lunch is from 1:30 to 2:00pm No empathy at all! Went to pick up my medication before closing, to have the pharmacist yelling "we are closed"! I still asked about my script the Indian assistant said it was not done. I asked, why didn't you call me... She responded: I called and left you a message. No call, no voicemail message. It's always an issue with these incompetent pharmacy staff at CVS!
Beyond horrific experience. I was in line to pick up a prescription and many of the people before me in line vocalized issues with theirs. I thought I was in the clear since I've been getting the same prescription for over six years, but when it got to my turn, it was somehow "not found" in the system. I've gotten no less than eight text messages telling me that my prescription was ready. The incompetence at this location is unparalleled. I am switching all of my prescriptions and my family's prescriptions to A&S Pharmacy downtown instead. They told me they deliver for free.
Lesia was rude and nothing less than ignorant. Talks down to customers and accused me of trying to purchase a beverage with an already used coupon. Couldn’t have been further from the truth and I’m a career fireman who at the time was dressed in uniform. I can only imagine how poorly she treats others.
Just want to thank everyone at the 66 High Ridge CVS store for helping me out when I accidentally left my wallet behind. They went to the trouble of checking my ID and seeing whether they had a phone number for me on file, so that they could let me know, and then they kept the wallet in the office for me till I could get there. Manager Mohammed couldn't have been nicer. Thanks again for a big save!
Just had a horrible interaction with Ali. At first I thought he wasn’t very competent and didn’t know what to do, Well, I still think that. Then he completely dismissed my issue, and acted in a rude and disrespectful way. I actually feel like I was discriminated against based on my gender or ethnicity. I don’t know how to explain it, but anyone who has had such experience can understand. The store is actually a pretty decent CVS location, but now I will avoid it. Aw, the issue Ali couldn’t solve was quickly solved by a manager I called.
The woman pharmacist was RUDE. Personally Asked why I was taking my medication? Is it any of her business? NO. Going to talk to a manager tomorrow, completely unnecessary.
The quality of the 66 high ridge permacy service was very poor, and the staff were rude.Service is very slow. They were not helpful at all and consistently charged high prices for their services.
Please fix the management of your pharmacy. The lines are insane and it isn’t fair to your employees or customers. After 3 years of unfathomable wait times, today is my final straw. Even in NYC at CVS locations fielding 10 times the amount of customers this location has— their lines move faster. I am currently sitting in my car with an excruciating migraine and have to go home without my pills because the line looks an hour deep with people yelling out of frustration for how long they have been waiting. Again, not fair to your employees or customers. I’m switching pharmacies.
1 star is too many stars. genuinely the worst pharmacy, scripts never ready despite being notified that it is ready for pickup, then they are extremely rude when you ask why it’s not ready, or approx when it will be ready…pretty reasonable inquiries. You’ll be met with attitude as if how DARE you ask such a valid question ! I’ve been told by pharmacist there to “leave then, don’t get your medicine, doesn’t matter to me,” mind you this is medication I need to take daily and missing doses causes serious side effects. When I explained the urgency for needing the script that day, when they said it was ready, that’s when I was scoffed at and told to leave it I’m not happy. …More like trying to be healthy and take my medicine ! Unfortunately the one down the street isn’t much better, but DEFINITELY a better option than this location. I have so many horror stories of this place, I only gave them so many chances due to their location being ideal in my commute.
The pharmacy is severely understaffed. If you don’t want to wait 4-5 days for your prescription to be filled, you now have to go in, stand in line, ask for it to be expedited, then wait for it to be filled. Hope you have an hour or more to wait at the store. I’m told it’s an issue at CVS locations throughout Connecticut. And while the pharmacists are not at fault for the staffing, they are at fault for the hostility and lack of sympathy they show the people trying to get the medicine they need. Give someone else your money.
