Don't waste your time at the CVS. It's never open on time been standing out here for 15 minutes and the store is still not open for the 2nd time. Change your store hours if you don't have enough staff there's no excuse. I think it's time for a new general manager.
The Pharmacist and his team at this location are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I was a customer of this pharmacy for five years while living in Tempe, until we recently moved back to Illinois. I was actually disappointed to have to build a rapport with a new pharmacy again, as this staff was always helpful and the customer service provided to us on many occasions was always appreciated! Thank you for everything during our time in Arizona. My husband and I both agree that this pharmacy team has gone above and beyond to help us with our many insurance changes and prescription concerns over the years. I have already found the CVS near my new home to be just as friendly and helpful, which is why I always come back to CVS over any other pharmacy.
A good location while it lasted, but I believe this location is closed now. Each time I visited The Doors are locked with no signs explaining why and staff can be seen wandering the isles not stocking or cleaning, just aimlessly wandering. Knocking doesn't bring them to the door so I can only assume they're doing something until the location is closed and staff gets tranfered. I wish my favorite cashier luck!
Went through your online scheduling systems for vaccination and the in-store staff seamlessly picked up our transaction and helped us take care of our health needs. Very kind, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful team members in the Pharmacy, thank you.
will not let my kids come to this cvs ever again we are no longer customers at this cvs either , literally told the cvs pharmacist that I need to pickup a prescription for my son , he has asthma but they continue to tell me that the store is closed but on the prescription order it said the pharmacy not the front , the “pharmacy”!! , it said 8PM , you guys have low staff ? , okay but you guys still can’t do that specially if it’s a need , it’s for my son and when my son told the lady and the guy that he needed to pick up the prescription for his brother they said in a very rude manner , “We’re Closed the lady was very rude , giving my son looks , and the guy yelled at me on the phone we are closed maam . honestly the worst service ever , not returning ever !.
I had the worst experience ever, I made an appointment to get the COVID-19 vaccine on Thursday 3rd May 2021 at 5pm. Upon arrival I was turned away by the pharmacist white male. He told me I had to be a “citizen” in order to get the vaccine and that I needed insurance or I wouldn’t be eligible for the vaccine. If you’re working as a pharmacist to administer vaccines etc your information should be accurate and not misleading. However, I went to a different location the next day and was given the vaccine, no hesitation whatsoever!!
If I could give this store one star I would Jason one of the employees decided I had spent too much time in the store and was as disrespectful as possible by ignoring me after escorting me to the register and handling the gentleman behind me before me. He then proceeded to charge me for two sets of pens I said I couldn't find the tags for when I told him I wanted to know the price before I decided he pointed to some other section of the store and said I could check the price there when I got upset about all of this disrespect he said I had spent too much time in his store about 30 minutes maybe 40 I didn't realize there was a time limit mind you I stole nothing I didn't cause anyone problems I made zero mess why am I not allowed back in the store? I'll be back when ever it suites me thank you Jason
This is absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. the pharmacy staff have no idea what they are doing because they are so far behind. Staff is always interchanging. I will call and order something To have ready and on many accounts it's as if I never called and they don't even have it in stock after telling me it would be ready that day. I said good riddance and went back to my previous pharmacy further away.
I really appreciate the pharmacy staff especially Greg or Craig ,whom helped me get my husband’s much needed medication when my insurance company was denying it. He excecuted calls to them, to the Mayo Clinic and finally obtained a correct code for this expensive med needed for life by my husband. The staff includes Robert and Mario. Best team yet
