CVS Pharmacy

When you call about a sick baby and ask if they have meds in stock they hang up on you when you were already on hold for 15 mins. Then when you call back immediately, you’re on hold for over an hour before you give up. If you hang up on someone over an urgent matter, you’d think there would be some curiosity involved.

This is not my normal cvs, I was sent here bc they have an antibiotic my one year old son needs, which there is a shortage. This cvs is 30 minutes from where I live. I left work and drove here, I walked in at 1:28pm they told me they are closed 1:30-2 for lunch and to come back at 2. I told them my situation and asked if I could grab my sons meds, they said sorry we can’t do anything and shut the door on me. Now they are all sitting behind the door so I have to stand here for 30 minutes. Unreal.

Store hours say 10pm, but the locked the door at 8:20 and wouldn't answer the phone even though I could see them chatting inside from the door.

Wonderful service! Pharmacy workers are very professional, kind, and always give 100% effort to ensure you’re taken care of as quickly as possible. The pharmacist, Alba, obviously works very hard and has gone above and beyond to help me out when I’ve needed meds refilled or run into problems with doctors, insurance, etc. Definitely the best pharmacy I’ve used in a long time, and the only one I use now!

I wish I could give zero stars. Their pharmacist, Alba, is a horrible and nasty sorry excuse for a human being. She called MY number trying to reach my stepfather, but she is so important that she had to tell over me so I couldn't explain to her that my stepfather is in the hospital FOLLOWING A STROKE. If that woman ever calls my house again, I will call the police. You can be sure that I am going to speak with her regional manager. I think she has the prescriptions by mistake because we hate CVS ever since they gave my infant brother a muscle relaxant instead of heartburn medication and almost killed him.

The pharmacist cuts you off and doesn't listen to the patient. Maybe its not entirely her fault. She hasn't gotten the training she needs to be an effective healthcare professional. CVS is a terrible company to work for.

We've been going to this CVS ever since we moved to East Sandwich, over 10 years ago. The pharmacists are great, very helpful, always ready and to make time to answer any questions we may have and I have a lot of prescriptions. Every employee I've ever encountered has always been helpful and unfailingly polite. We fill all our prescriptions at CVS we were pleased to find one near us in Florida these past 2 years!, and will continue to do so.

This store use to be a mess and staff were unattentenive but when I went there last week,things changed a lot .The store looks well organized. I also met the new manager, she was very helpful and kind to me . She helped me find the product I was looking for I hope cvs hires more people like her .
