Getting prescriptions from this place is a joke. I’ll get a call, email, etc saying it’s ready and go to pick it up and they act like ????? why are you here. Sorry come back another day we’re not sure why you got that call, etc. Every person I talk to when this occurs gives me a different answer about my prescription too. Along with making up it there after work on days they randomly decide to close the pharmacy early. Very frustrating, not to add there has been more than once instance that I’ve been shorted my prescription too lol eventually I just started counting when I got home to make sure I wasn’t crazy and I definitely was not getting the amount I was supposed to, like WHAT?! Take the extra 5 minutes or whatever to go to a different location
A spacious parking lot and entryway are followed by a very friendly staff here .They run the store very smoothly! Their system just needs updating. Many discount tagged items wont run discounted at checkout
What I love about this place is that it's always super clean and well organized. You will be amazed what you can find here. Prices are reasonable but not the best around. The pharmacy is always super busy. The parking lot is super big and can accommodate the dozens of people that stop by here at all time. Check out is fast most of the time. The people that work here are great. Sometimes you can come across a few that seem like they don't like their job but over all the majority of the employees are great.
Staff was condescending and uncooperative. I had to play phone tag, wait on hold, talk to recordings, listen to staticy hold music with repeated recordings for 15 minutes and argue with the pharmacy about why they couldn't transfer my medication to another pharmacy. My insurance doesn't cooperate with CVS so I needed to transfer it but they refused, made me do it myself, and smuggly told me that's Oklahoma policy. They were petty and nearly yelling at me for calling them out and questioning them. My pharmacy had no problem transferring it to them in the first place. I desperately need my medication and they made it that much more difficult for me with absolutely no empathy for what I might be going through right now. It comes off as pure laziness and callousness to refuse to make a phone call for someone. If that isn't part of your job description, I'm sorry, but what is? They would have just held onto my prescription indefinitely I guess. Just enraging.
The $10 credit along with the percentage off made the prices lower. Great customer service too.
I did not have a mask on when I entered the shop. And so naturally I requested for one. But I was surprised when the clerk told me that I had to pay 50 cents in order to be issued one. She said I could not shop if I did not have a facemask. I literally had to pay for the mask just so I could buy one flunase prescription. That was a first for me. I was shocked. I shop around most major retailers including CVS, Walgreens, Wal-Mart etc. And they all provide masks for free. Never before have I ever had to pay for a mask. Masks are supposed to be free and they are very readily available everywhere. Why did you charge me for it?
The actual store itself is great, however, when dealing with the pharmacy and staff members it's usually very unpleasant. I fill my prescriptions here every month because of the close location, and every month I have issues. I have gotten bad information from several of the pharmacy employees about drug interactions, and simple OTC questions. Most recently I called to check on one of my monthly prescriptions, it required prior auth through my doctor and insurance, so I called to see what the status was. The woman who answered asked me what I was needing, so I explained to her that I was calling to check on the status of my prior authorization. While I was telling her this, I could hear her having an entirely different conversation with someone else. She came back to our conversation and said "I'm sorry.... what did you want?" So I asked again. She said "we haven't heard anything back from your doctor, maybe tomorrow" and that was that. However, she didn't ask my name, nor my DOB. So was that just the status quo of the day? Probably. When I called today, I got one of the few very kind and efficient employees, who did get all of the necessary information from me before answering my questions. I will say though, having to deal with flat out rudeness from the majority their employees makes it that much sweeter when you finally get to speak with a kind one. So if you don't mind dealing with a few issues and inaccurate, unprofessional behavior 80%-90% of the time, this is the place for you!
I live near this place so I tend to drop by. The employees are always pretty nice, but the sales/pricing scheme is a major put-off. Apparently, to benefit from any of the sales prices, you have to sign up for the CVS card. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to shop somewhere, not when there are so many other options.
Usually the clerks that are at the checkout are courteous and friendly. My last visit is the exception, an older gentleman was rude for no reason. The line was backed up with customers, so the original clerk asked over the loud speaker asks for assistance to open up another line. The gentleman opened up the other register and kindly waited on a customer in front of me in line. I saw that there was an opportunity to be waited on and complete my purchase so I went over. This unprofessional incompetent man instructs me to go to the back of the line like I am a child. I had been waiting in line for a long time already and was trying to help by alleviating the amount of customers in one line and going over to the other and this man decides to excercise his pitiful false authority and be nasty to a CVS card holding loyal customer. Disgusting and Disrespectful, I will avoid this place from now on.
Henry is amazing in the Pharmacy. He always makes me feel welcome and important. Henry always gives me excellent service and makes sure I'm taken care of professionally.
