Worst drug store I’ve ever been to. It’s consistently bad. We live near here so we still sometimes rely on them. The pharmacist is a jerk. I’ve even heard other customers complain about him. The store is run down and dirty. They’re often out of the most basic things. And on top of everything else, the store has massive lit up 24hr signs and they’re not even open 24hrs anymore. They also routinely open later than their stated hours. It would be amazing if the store finally closes and there’d be a chance for something better to take its place.
Do not make this your ups access point . Manager is horrible make all kinds of excuses for his staff who sent all my packages by “accident”. First off the items were delivered Friday November 12th. They returned them November 14 th. They are incompetent and should no longer be an access point . No apology, no accountability at all. Made up all kinds of assumptions of what may have happened.
Received excellent customer service here from Misty and the manager on duty last night. Kudos to management, and many thanks to Misty for helping me to find the best value possible in my purchase. This location cares about the customers wellbeing.
Hung up the phone immediately after pick up when I called about my script. Thank goddess it wasn’t an emergency. Hire people with empathy for these roles please.
In this trip to CVS I was given 2 lists one of my own & the other my host for the weekend. Started to peruse the isles for items listed when from some corner isle appeared what seemed like a manager. He was friendly to all in his view and then asked who needed help… of course I did. Item after item he guided and suggested while assisting others in our path. Once I completed self checkout total was $78 but after my rewards and discounts total was $48.17. From now on I will try to go around 2pm on Saturday to receive the customer service that all are entitled to!
I have been going to this pharmacy for two years and it has truly been the worst, most unprofessional experience. Please do not come here they always are giving me the wrong prescriptions, saying my insurance doesn’t cover anything when yet they’ve just accidentally deactivated it in their system, lying and constantly overcharging me. Go somewhere else.

Dysfunctional pharmacy experience. You should NOT have unskilled staff operating the pharmacy phones. I was told continuous misinformation about my prescription, by their “employee?” who I could hardly hear due to their voice coming out so low. I’m talking, my volume is up FULL on speaker and can still barely hear her! She was clearly nervous and it was a disaster trying to get some resolution. My goodness. I’ll be visiting tomorrow in person to report this.

Same issue with pharmacy as the others. I had a prescription for an antibiotic which obviously should be taken ASAP and first got a recording saying it would be ready in 30 minutes. Good thing I didn't head out right then as I was going to do because I was then sent an automated recording saying it would be ready the next day 5 minutes before the pharmacy closes. I tried to call to talk to someone and no one ever picked up. I ended up transferring to Walgreens where I actually reached a person to talk to
