CVS Pharmacy

Great staff, but they are so short staffed they simply closed their pharmacy for 3 straight full days... will need to find a new reliable pharmacy.

Set up an appointment to get vaccine booster, got a call at 1 from the nurse who left a voicemail that they would till 3 but if I can't make it before that that they'll see me at my scheduled time. Get there 15 minutes before my appointment to find the pharmacy is closed. If not for the very nice lady at the cash register that told me of another pharmacy down the street that takes walk ins I would have had to hunt it down myself. Apparently the pharmacy is having issues because they are not treating their staff right. Serves them right, I hope they find better jobs.

I needed a prescription transferred while I’m on a road trip from out of town and the Pharmacist at this location went out of his way to help me get my prescription transferred. Really grateful for his help in the midst of what seemed like a really busy afternoon.

Horrible pharmacy customer service. I came up to the counter to ask a question about some allergy meds. The lady said we will be with you in a moment. 5 minutes later another woman walked up to the counter and the pharmacist immediately helped her. When they were done I said excuse me I have a question, he looked at me, ignored me and kept doing whatever he was doing. Do not waste your time with these unprofessional and rude pharmacists, your time is better spent at a place that actually values their customers.

Terrible service! I dropped off a script at 1 and came back at 6:30 to get it. She said it hadn't been filled yet. Meanwhile I'm in excruciating pain. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got a message stating it was ready so we drove up to the window and they sat inside and left us at the window without even asking if we needed help for 15 more minutes. Made eye contact with a couple people in there too and they didnt do anything. We even pushed the call button 3 times. When they finally helped us, they were completely rude about it and they had my medication sitting by the window the whole time. I've honestly never had worse service.

They have the most friendly and caring employees! They are so helpful and nice and make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. This CVS is my favorite place to shop

Pharmacy has been closed for staffing issues the last two days leaving patients stranded without access to their prescriptions. No notice on their voicemail greeting, just a caged pharmacy once you made your trip to the store. I've had such terrible service here before, even when they do bother to show up, I'll never have my Rx sent here again.

Had very bad experience with how the pharmacy here treated my boyfriend who worked as a tech their. From other tech and a few pharmists. They are clearly incompetent at their jobs and I would recommend anyone to avoid any cvs in the area in the future.

The pharmacy is closed more often than it is open. I have gotten so frustrated that I moved all my prescriptions to a local pharmacy. Today I went in to get a prescription with my wife. Not only was the pharmacy closed but we didn’t see a single employee in the store.

Good location, easy in and out shopping for vitamins and supplements. The pharmacy is not the greatest, I was quoted a completely wrong price for a subscription I've had before and they told me my primary care physician didn't have prescriptive authority on another occasion.
