DEDICATE SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AT THE PHARMACY. HIRE SOMEONE FULL TIME FOR THAT JOB

Pharmacy never answers their phone and refuses to transfer prescriptions to Amazon PillPack.

Love this CVS, but phone line is impossibly clogged up with ads, while the customer waits...and waits...and waits. Now trying to find SMS number on internet, since regular phone line refuses SMS texting.

Was impressed with the service I had with the Pharmacy this past Sunday, pharmacist working at that time was extremely accommodating answering my questions, and very pleasant.   I browsed the store afterwards and was asked twice by two different employees if i needed anything.

I bought a Gift card and the code was all scratched up!

The only reason this place is in business is because its 24 hours. The pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed and take 15-30 minutes to just drop a prescription off. If it wasn't for the fact for it being open 24 hours I would not use the place... But then again this isn't the only CVS that I have had this issue with.
