This place is the worst. They were the worst employee/ customer service I have ever experienced. No one was helpful, no one was willing to help. Literally the worst experience I have ever had going in a CVS. I will never come to this specific CVS again.
This places is so bad they had me on hold for 2 hours after this spanish lady white skin told me to wait and i wait it for 1 more hour. this is so bad they need to have more passion with costumers and more employees on duties.

What annoying & abusive customer service !!! So sad that I’ll not going there anymore. I called the office and found out that the abusive worker is a manager. So surprising that such individuals have a job!

I hate coming here. Staff try their best but I’m always disappointed. Somehow my prescriptions that I have confirmation from my doctor are not in their system and then my insurance info magically disappears. Finding a new location, even if it’s out of my way to fulfill prescriptions.

I was just hung up on by the Pharmacist I was speaking with. There seemed to be a language barrier and I politely asked if I could speak to someone else after she kept trying to rush me off the phone without actually listening to my question. There is truly no excuse for this.
