Would give them 1 star if I could. Worst customer service of any CVS in the area. Don't bother calling the pharmacy - you will wait on-hold for an hour and then get hung up on.
By far the worst pharmacy and CVS customer service experience to date. The most inept, rudest and uncaring staff I have ever experienced at a CVS. Please stay away!!!! I would give this pharmacy a zero rating if that was an option. This review accompanies a formal complaint as well......
Single worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. They've messed up my Rx TWICE in the last six months and given me the completely wrong dosage. The couple of times I've tried to call on the phone to get a question answered, it either rings out or someone completely unhelpful answers.
Terrible costumer service. They do not pick up the phone and when they pick up they are really rude. Prescription delivery is a joke, it takes forever so there is no point.
