Cy's

The woman who attends the store puts a lot of pressure on you obligating you to buy. She tells you that you should go out of the fitting room so she and your friend could see and evaluate if that fits you or not insisting a lot of times while you are inside the fitting room we are talking about swimming suits so that is very uncomfortable. The prices are high $28 goggles, $17 swimming cap and she does not have a lot of variety. I went there to support local businesses but I'm not going back because I felt dumb paying all that money for something that I could have bought exactly the same product by less money. Additionally, I felt very uncomfortable due to her agressive selling techniques.

Ideal shopping experience. We were greeted quickly. She looked at my kids and immediately knew what size they would need. When they tried on their suits she helped me understand how to check the fit to see it was perfect. She helped my kids find goggles that were not only a style they liked, but she opened them and helped them try them on to make sure they also got a good fit. She reviewed care instructions for the suits and the goggles to make sure they would get a long life out of our purchases. Superb experience from beginning to end!

Tux rental: good people that pay attention to your needs; proper measurements and fitting; reasonable prices. My 2 sons and I have been going to Cy's for many years with quick service and never a problem.

This place is a gem, and I’m so grateful for it being here. I received excellent service when buying my swim goggles. This is in contrast to the utter lack of service or knowledge pretty much everywhere else. But more than that, shopping there was a warm and human experience. Thank you!

It was disappointing to have a poor customer service experience at this store, because I am an avid swimmer who would prefer to support a local small business over buying swim gear from an unspecialized e-commerce mega business. I could not bring myself to finish my intended purchase here because the attitude of the woman staffing this store at the time of my visit was not one of respect. Her tone and words were so condescending that I could not chalk up the situation as a person with a bad day, nor dismiss the situation as simply a person with a direct manner. This was someone who completely forgot to treat a fellow human being with basic respect and courtesy. I will not return, nor will I recommend this business to other swimmers in the area.

Went there to rent a tuxedo for my wedding and the sisters staff were absolutely wonderful and friendly. When I found out that one of my groomsmen didn't his tuxedo, I called them and took care of it. Will recommend it for all your tuxedo rental or if you need any swim suits or swimming apparels.

The staff was very polite and helpful, they gave their professional opinion and made us feel welcome and more at ease making finding the right tux a breeze. I would recomend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a tux rental at a great price. We love keeping our business in the community and couldn't ask for a better experience.

The sisters are so friendly even if they are a little crazy. They are always so much fun and accomadating. The can fix you up for a tux in a jiffy and they are also really good with the measurements. Being in college, I was unable to try on the tux before hand but the measurements were perfect regardless. That's just proof of how good they are.

Didn't have many options of cute swim suits for 5y old's; when I asked the woman working at that time, she said they didn't have much and pointed to 2 bins against the wall, on the floor. 2y ago they had a cute stock of suits. This year they seem more geared towards athletic swim suits and gear only.
