Super organized store! Thank you so much for the Christmas Eve last minute shopping experience. The BEST Cycle Gear store in the Houston area. The Southwest store could learn ALOT for you guys!

Great location. Went in right at closing, to get my wife fitted for new gear. Took about an hour after closing to get her everything and staff was nothing but courteous

I went there yesterday, was helped by a gentleman name Scott. He was very knowledgeable about their products, and very patient with me while I made my decision. Very professional. Great experience. Will definitely be going back and recommending this place to all my friends who ride.

Just wanted to thank the patient young guy who answered a lot of my questions. I unfortunately forgot his name but he's the one with the gray Harley. Their other staff members have been nice as well. So far, no complaints about this store.

The store and employees are fine but most every thing they stock in stores is low end and very little high end gear. Sometimes you just want to go to the store to try something on for good fit. I assume most of their customers want the cheap gear.

Service is AWESOME!!! They have a good selection...the Katy store has a larger selection.

Friendly people, quick and easy, had tires mounted on both front and rear rims, in and out in an hour

There was a female cashier she was extremely nice sorry I didn't get her name but she was really nice and helpful and the guys were supper fast with my tire
