The best place to buy a helmet! Amazing selection from quality budget helmets to top of the line helmets. They always seem to have what I’m looking for in terms of other gear / general parts. They got it all - from gloves and saddlebags to hand grips and electrical switches.

Was in after having a pleasant experience from a younger brunette girl who was very helpful. I had forgotten my credit card and came in again to complete my purchases I had looked at prior and was asked if I needed help with anything in which I said yes. 2 times from 2 different employees one of which appeared to be the manager started to help me then immediately left me without completing anything to help other people in the store then made a joke about their customer service being great in front of me. I was in there trying to spend ~150$ and was basically ignored and I was on a time crunch so it didnt help me at all. I bought the helmet and gloves because I needed them but I will not reccomend or be shopping at this store again.

I called cycle gear to see what kind of headlight bulbs they had for my bike, and Mike had them ready for me when I got there. Very friendly and helpful staff. I always like dropping by.

Today was my first time at Cycle Gear. I had not heard much about it before, but was looking for a new helmet and wanted to try it on before buying. I found the selection to be adequate. I was specifically looking for a Bell MX-9 Adventure helmet. They did not have it there, but they had the regular MX-9 in stock and I was able to try it on. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. She told me how she and her family use a lot of the products and offered insight. While looking around I noticed some awesome closeout deals and had to take advantage of those along with ordering my helmet. They advised I'll be receiving a phone call as soon as it comes in. Even thought it's more work for me to go to the store to pick it up it's much safer than having an expensive item left on my front porch. Great experience, and I'll definitely be going back.

I've been here twice now and the same gentleman has always been very friendly and easy to work with. Helpful with info but not a car salesman. Never crowded and I've never had to wait in line. Fast in and out.
