I loved this place. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you. I had my ride with Abbey, and it was fantastic. They give you cycle shoes to borrow if you don't have one. It clips on to the ride. System of reserving a class is very efficient and they follow up as well. Great location too.

Great studio, nice staff & awesome instructors. Krystal and James rocked it, kept the class going. Great music!!. Love the sweat equity after the class.

LOVE this cycling gym. They have fun theme rides and they give you the shoes. Its a little pricey and I wish more classes were 60 minutes - but this is a great workout!

This studio is just awesome and the classes are the most engaging of any studio in Charlotte. You truly will get a full body workout and actually have a good time while doing it. If you have loved spin for years or are just spin-curious, this is the studio for you! Don't be intimidated about parking either, they validate :)
