Cyclone Cab

I have been having to rely on Story County Taxi for the past month. They have been so great every single time. They arrive to me in a timely manner and will let me know a rough time estimate so I can plan accordingly. Everyone who has driven me has been very friendly and easy to have conversations with. I am very glad to see good people working well with the public and so willing to work to meet the needs of the people they are helping. 5 stars :)

Barts is one of the greatest men I have ever met in my entire life my only regret is not being able to show him the gratitude that he deserves if you ever wanna ride in red needs something like your ride Bart is your man Bart is a outstanding human being and being retired army I would give him accolades that would out stand out shine any other accolades that I have ever had my life I'm very grateful for him. Thank you bar for everything you've done for me I meant to give you something very sentimental but you were out on a call. If you ever received this message know that I am more than grateful to give you something that is very sentimental to me and I think it will be sentimental to you as well thank you for you have done for me

The service ..well not even sure you call it service . I think transportation might fit better. As a world traveler (over a 100 countries) this taxi service managed to become the worst service ever. With four suitcases in hand the driver never even bothered helping, never even got out of his car. Driver spoke on the phone while driving and the car smells . The driver also at 3:30 am decides he also has to take another couple to the airport so I am now going to miss my flight . Unsafe and unreliable service and rude. Congratulation Ames taxi . Out of a 100 plus countries you manage managed to be on the bottom of the list of the absolute worst service.

I called all the way from London with a very bizarre request. The lady from Cyclone went above and beyond to help me and executed the trip incredibly quickly and cheaply. She was very considerate.
