Avoid at all costs. This is the 3rd try and the business provider keeps providing me with incorrect glasses. They are insisting that the client should carry costs for their mistakes. Glasses are unusable. Very sorry to have ever stepped through their doors. Avoid!!

This office is not transparent about their actions during the appointment and will bill you for extraneous medical exams and diagnoses that seem like they should be completely within the boundaries of a routine eye exam covered by eye insurance. It is sneaky and costly.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jacob. She was patient, thorough and friendly.

Terrible service! The doctor seems as if he doesn't care about his patients.

Long wait time on the phone, never ended up using their services bc I was so afraid of going bc of the reviews listed here.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Not even remotely worth going to, there are many other practices that know what they’re doing in the area, and won’t keep you waiting for over an hour every time.
