Nice 4* hotel located in Bursha Heights. We stayed there 2 weeks and had a wonderful holiday. The location was excellent for us, everything was in reach of a few minutes by car. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

I stayed for 1 week. Very nice hotel. Rooms was clean. Having nice pool and gym. Best part was housekeeping staff very kind and friendly. They cleaned our room perfectly. Thanks to Ahmed and hasitha supervisor

Room is new, they have a pool and jacuzzi, they also have small kids club. The breakfast restaurant is okay. What I like in this hotel it's very close to the metro station. By the way look for Roda their receptionist she's so friendly and accommodating.

Mercure hotel has a good infrastructure and location, close to the metro. Also a very good restaurant. But the most satisfying service is the house keeping manage by Saugat and his supervisor Sandeep.

The hotel location of the hotel is good opposite the metro station, through which you can reach all parts of the city, the hotel is characterized by calm and comfort, and all staff are smiling and cooperative, concierge suresa his great deal and excellent service for anything i will back
