Andrew and others at this office negotiated a really good agreement with my old landlord. Andrew clearly knew what he was doing and foresaw many issues that I wouldn't have thought about myself. Money was tight for me at the time and I had used the OTA and done a lot myself, but it was well worth it to pay the money to have these lawyers solve this problem for me. They were really good about my budget and communicating about costs. Their work was absolutely outstanding. I am grateful.

Worked with Andrew. Great guy, easy to talk to, and very efficiently helped me out of a tricky situation that could have otherwise cost me thousands of dollars. It was the first time I've needed the services of a lawyer, and it was well worth it in my case. Kudos to these guys and gals for doing what they do.

Landlord disputes are so stressful. The Tenants' Rights Center knew exactly what was wrong and had printed out the legal language showing me what my rights were. I was able to go back to my landlord with that information and it saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you!!

Excellent, well-educated attorneys, they offer a free workshop and provide low-cost, affordable representation if you have to go to court. Thorough, dependable and hard-working, they also return phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Having worked for attorneys, I can objectively say this firm is head-and-shoulders above some I've become acquainted with through the years.

Low cost, but high quality advice given. I had a 20 minute phone consultation with one of the lawyers regarding an issue with my heat and rent. I was clueless where I stood legally. My lawyer listened to my issue, and referenced specific laws that protected my rights. She explained my lease to me and what it meant for my case, and helped me figure out my next step. This center is an incredible resource for all tenants in DC. Highly, highly recommend the DC Tenants' Rights Center.
