I had to access a manhole on 112th and burton in Vancouver. TCP was perfect. The City really like the attention to detail it provided. I was able to pull up and preform my work safely. The public was kept safe as well. GREAT JOB everyone from the office to the feild personal .

We sat at Clackamas town center parking lot for almost an hour. Me as a flagger and a busy day of the year. This was a mad house. Maybe needs to be looked at fine a better way to get traffic through and moving better
