D J's Glass Plus

This review is a correction to my first review. Their service and concern for me was superior.

The first time I used them about 10yrs ago, they were good, but I recently used them and I am livid! Their work is good, but I dropped my car off at 10am and they told me $200, I came back at 4pm and they said $1000!!! The reason being because my old insurance used to be $1000 deductible and they said I couldn't use my current $250 deductible because some of the damage occurred before I changed it. DJ's should have called me before changing the windshield!, they had no right to charge me 5 times the price for a windshield!! That's insane! They won't come down and will only accept a payment plan. The whole thing just seems so dishonest to me. I will never go back and will be telling people to avoid them. Grrrrr I'm mad!!

One phone call and they came out and fixed the molding around the company van windshield they did a great job

DJ's Glass has always done a great job for us..windows, a glass top for the patio furniture and of course our automobiles....cheers to DJ'S
