If I could give no stars I would. This place is so bad. Do Not Go There!!! I went to them to get an estimate for some damages from a car accident. First of all they didn't "fix" some stuff that they charged New Parts for. The tire they put on was a $97 tire that was an old cracked tire from 2019 they probably just had lying around the shop and it SHREDDED ON ME while I was driving on the freeway! They are lucky they aren't getting sued! This place really is horrible.

Great work and good team. They're short staffed, but patience gets the job done right. Jimmy communicated timely even with the multiple shops he's handling. Just make sure to be clear with your expectations, have patience, and wait for your ride to be completed.

The owner took great care of my car. I would recommend any one to get there car fixed here. Very professional and friendly.

Do not go to these people they do drugs while working on your vehicles, also take a real long time and then dont want to take responsibility for doing a cheap job! They installed wrong parts on my vehicle they also did Not properly fix the subframe on my vehicle then tried to blame me about the vehicle being damaged again after they “repaired” it. They Dont return calls or care about their clients. Bunch of clowns don't waste your time or money!

WORST PLACE EVER!! DO NOT COME HERE! WASTE OF TIME!!! If I could, I would give 0 stars. Poor communication from the manager: Jimmy. Doesn't return calls/picks up. Had my car there for 3 weeks just to get it back with the front bumper not attached correctly and the one headlight dropping down. Turns out the headlight was broken, and they tried to glue it together. Took it back because it was terrible work. Waited for another 3 weeks just to get my car back with the front bumper not being attached correctly... Again!! The guy just said, "it was hard, couldn't connect or all the way in, but it's connected." At least they put in a new headlight. It is currently falling off, and no one knows how to answer a phone. It's the worst place ever. Could cause an accident with my bumper popping out of place, but I guess they don't care about their work. Don't come here. Save yourself the struggle.

Becareful doing business with this body shop, they pretend to be on your side and end up keeping your car for months , not returning your calls or insurance company calls and they end up taking parts from your car thinking you won't noticed and keep your hopes up of them saying they will return of what was stolen andend up not keeping their word. If you are going through your insurance please don't bring your car here. I really was disappointed because I went by the reviews.

Back in 2016 I got in an accident. My front end needed repairs from the accident. A friend of mine recommended me about this place and said they were great. So I went through my insurance and had The Body Shop repair my car. When I picked up my car everything looked fine and my car worked well. 5 years later unfortunately I got into another car accident In the same area. I went through my insurance and they sent me to another body shop and upon Repairing my car they noticed from the previous work there was a missing part which is now causing issues with this repair. I contact DM auto in regards to the previous repairs.  Since the first accident was about 5 years ago I surprised that they were willing to work with me in resolving issue.  They are professional and very nice. I'm happy they were willing to work with me and getting my car fixed properly.  I would recommend them in the future for anyone who needs a repair.

This is the 3rd time I have brought a vehicle in to be fixed , and they did an excellent job like always. My car was very messed up, and they were able to get it in and out to me right away! Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here!!Service: Tires

These guys were great. They took my car in and knocked it right out of the in little time. They even went above and beyond and polished my car and cleaned the inside and outside. Trust me my car was a mess. They also lived up to their word and worked with me on getting a one of their rental car for a better deal than any of the major car rentals. Great, talented, and honest guys. These guys care about their customers satisfaction. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

They did some front end work on my SUV after an accident, they were professional, friendly and fast. I got my car when it was promised. Almost two months later I had an issue with the car and brought it back to them, where they provided me with excellent service, taking the time out of the schedule to evaluate my car and make a few adjustments. Its so hard to find a reputable shop these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and professionalism!
