Da' Carwash

I pay $45/month for the top-tier unlimited car wash package. Not a bad deal because it’s in a convenient location for me, But it can only be really when they open when they say they will or when they don’t decide to close early. And don’t bother calling to see if they are open, Colleen just send you to a voicemail that says they are open… Even when they are not. Additionally, it is quite often that parts of the car wash don’t work; one time there might be no spot free rinse, the next time only one side of brushes will work or the paint protectant won’t spray.

Overall a quality car wash with free vacuums... although it appears to be run/operated by children. Very often parts of the "top tier" ($15) wash don't work, such as the spot-free rinse, wax, paint protectant, or one side of the brushes or spray will not work. Calling to check if they are open (rain, holiday, etc) sends you to a voicemail that says they are open "but can't answer because we are outside washing cars" even when they are closed. I've driven 30 minutes round trip only to discover they're closed in spite of what their VM says. ...And don't expect the "dryer" to do anything more than blow the water around on your car a bit.

I got the 'Basic Wash' and was quite satisfied with it. Having read reviews before going, I was a little concerned by reports of mirrors being damaged by the machinery. However, the two 'locals' ahead of me didn't fold theirs in so neither did I. While my car survived undamaged, the brushes on the driver's side did adjust the mirror to a position I didn't know existed so, just to be safe, I recommend you fold in your mirrors and wipe them off with a towel after you exit. I'd go again without reservation.

Free vacuums so you can clean the inside before you finish the outside which is always nice. Does a real good job on my Dodge RAM 1500, I always take off the radio antenna before entering just to be safe.

Friendly staff, great car washes and great prices (6 car washes for $25)! I have been going there since they opened and find that they are consistently the best place in OB to get your car cleaned!
