I've bought a couple mattresses there including our current queen mattress/box spring. Prices are very good. Quality seems fine to me. Bed is very comfortable and price was 1/2 what other places wanted. They were able to deliver same day.
Customer service is rubbish. Not helpful at all, very pushy and didn't seem like he likes his job. There must be some kind of commission and mark up as well. Salesman was very adamant about higher models and really wasn't listening to my needs. my price point was fairly reasonable 700 - 900. Yet all he kept pushing was 1100 and up mattresses. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
Prices are reasonable but the less you pay realize the quality will be less as well. They did have some beds there that you could buy at more expensive stores. I did not compare those prices though because I was not shopping for a long-term term bed. The men in the store were very friendly.
Don't waste your time: First, the place is filthy; they almost force you to lay down on dirty, stained bed covers to test out the mattresses -- so that part alone makes it worth avoiding the experience, not to mention the poor mattress quality. Just as important, though, there is so much sales pressure, it's crazy. Even when we tried to leave, they almost wouldn't let us leave I joked later with my partner that I thought they were going to lock the doors to keep us there!. As we were leaving, I felt badly so I said, "We may be back...". And an older man who seemed to be the owner appeared from a back office, stood in between us and the front doors, and gave us the dirtiest look. The whole thing was unsettling.
Very, very nice people providing great value! Everything was clearIy explained. I went in to buy a queen sized bed frame and came out happier that they had an electric reclining frame at an affordable price.
This place blows almost as bad as their merchandise. I went to the Waipahu store and was looking for a queen set for under $500 but they swore by their latest "Luxury" queen set they just had shipped in. I had a little $$ to burn so I bought the "Luxury" set.. Only problem was, the bed springs popped within a month of owning it, and Im about 230lbs but I don't feel I'm heavy enough to pop the springs by sitting on the bed. I literally felt it pop and my gf asked what that sound was and i already knew in disbelief what had happened. When I called to have this crap bed hauled away, the guy at Waipahu asked how long I had the bed and if I had the receipt. I said not even 2 mos and YES I have the receipt. He then said I would have to haul the bed myself into Kalihi for a thorough inspection to see if it really was a faulty bed. I don't even have a truck and what a pain in the A$$ when I live in Kapolei. I have a $250 queen set in my home that I have owned for about 3 yrs and not one problem with it. I wanted an upgrade on a bed and this $900 Luxurious piece of crap is what I got. Its my own fault by going to a Wholesale place looking for a nice bed, but i surely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
These guys are awesome! Good quality beds, on time delivery and very friendly service!! Check out this small local bed shop, you won’t be disappointed.
Purchased a queen set and it was the worst decision ever! Poor quality mattress! Not worth it all all! Stay away from this place. They sell used mattresses and don’t offer refund. It’s a scam don’t do it! I repeat don’t do it. Not to mention they pressure you into buying something the moment you walk in the door.
