We love fostering, the application process to foster went rather quickly even with covid. They called my references, orientation was on a Thursday and by Sunday, we had our first foster pup who was adopted within 2-3 weeks! The volunteers truly love their work and are extremely knowledgeable!

This was a great place that cares and looks after dachshund rescues! In all the people I dealt with, I could see there passion in caring for the dogs. They have their own process for adoption which appears to be unique, but also appears to find loving homes for the dogs.
Horrible. Contacted them about doing a rescue after our 7 year old doxie passed away. Paid $25.00 application fee....6 weeks and 6 emails...3 phone calls...NOTHING. No Response. Ridiculous way to run a business. I paid a fee to get my mail spammed. -stars
This is a great dachshund rescue. Very loving, caring and knowledgeable of the dachshund breed.
Outstanding group of volunteers that put the best energy into their fur babies. I highly recommend this thorough, loving doxie rescue. The care that goes into these fur babies they rescue is simply amazing! I am furever great full to have adopted from Doxie Rescue!
