Overall fantastic service! Initially, my pick-up date moved out by two weeks, which was disappointing but in the end, they delivered a week early so it all worked out. I was impressed with the service overall and was extremely happy that I stayed with them. Quality drivers, excellent communication and truly professional service. I shipped a motorcycle from Minnesota to Fort Bragg NC. and am happy that I shipped with a company that specializes in shipping bikes. there was a ton of offers some less expensive but if you are shipping a motorcycle HaulBikes is the only way to go!
Both drivers were on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable, both were bike riders, friendly. Good prompt service. If you’re in no rush to ship your bike, best service, best prices. I couldn’t have asked for a better shipper. Got it to my baby girl exactly the way I got it! My daughter was extremely excited to receive her first HD. Thanks Guys!!!
HaulBikes gets five stars on delivery our two motorcycles cross-country in our recent move to Florida. We had to drive two cars out, and they took care of getting the bikes to us. While it wasn't the fastest mode, it took 5 weeks, it was done with care and our bikes were delivered in pristine condition. We were made aware of the driver shortage nationwide affecting delivery times when we called for an update. We know this is accurate because we had the same thing going on with our major household goods mover. Fuel prices have been creating a shortage of drivers and on down the line, affecting everyone. Tobias, our deliver driver for HaulBikes, was a pleasure to work with as he got our bikes to us with delivery to the local Harley Davidson Dealership in Pensacola. He called us the day before delivery and apprised us of the delivery window, and texted on the day of delivery with a more specific ETA. Both bikes were well taken care, not a scratch. My HD's battery was dead, however. Tobias attempted a jump start right from the truck, but that wasn't enough juice. But he was very helpful in trying and then pushing the bike over to the service dept. HD took it from there and after another jumpstart attempt, determined I needed a new battery. Done and done and we were on the road. Given that possibility with bike transport, having them delivered to a dealership is a plus, in my book. A Semi wasn't going to get down our cul de sac anyway. All in all we were very satisfied with HaulBikes service and highly recommend them if you need to transport your bikes!
I recently used Haul Bikes to move my Triumph motorcycle from California to the east coast. They were very professional and went out of their way to make the shipping and receiving smooth. My bike arrived exactly as I shipped it. I would definitely use them again.
Shipped this bike to a buyer, they came and got it with no issues. So since they transfer the bike from one trailer to another after they sit at their "hub" for weeks This company doesn't really deal with bikes that have air ride and center stands but decided when they transferred the bike to the next trailer that it was GREAT IDEA to sit the bike on the center stand during shipping instead of the 4x4 I provided...long story short, shipper destroyed the center stand, unloads the bike puts it on the kickstand thank god i left it as a fail safe and takes off knowing he damaged it without telling the buyer...this company is an amateur at best.....go with an independent shipper...quicker and more experienced than this circus....
The customer service is excellent! These people go the extra mile and are so kind. I purchased an electric trike that ended up not working for me. Kelly with Haul Bikes was quick to reassure me that their company could provide return transportation. The Trike company did end up taking responsibility for shipping but had contracts with other companies so I did ultimately cancel the shipping contract with Haul Bikes. Even then, Kelly was very kind and understanding about the whole situation. I was assured of a refund minus a small cancellation fee within 30 days. In these current times the kind personal touch of speaking with caring humans made a huge difference for me. Thank you, Haul Bikes and especially Kelly. I highly recommend Haul Bikes for your motorcycle shipping needs.
The absolute worst experience hauling motorcycles I have ever had, bar none. WARNING! DO NOT USE THEM! 1. I arranged a pick up before my moving date about a month in advance. I was clear on this and let them know I would not be in the house after this date. A few days prior to my move date, they send me an email stating my pick up would be AFTER my move date. They refused to fix it and suggested I arrange to leave the motorcycles at the local dealer which I did. The day before my move date, the driver shows up and picks up the bikes from my house as I am packing, so I ended up not using the dealer. 2. After moving, I get a frantic call from the dealer saying that they were at the dealer attempting to pick up the motorcycles. I confirmed with the dealer that I did not drop them off to him and he was relieved. 3. I call them and let them know. They have no idea what's going on. They tell me that the motorcycles are in a warehouse in Las Vegas waiting and that MAYBE they would ship to my destination in a few weeks and I would know more then. This was two weeks AFTER they had been picked up. 4. I finally receive the motorcycles two weeks later. Both batteries are dead, one has no fuel, and they both look like they had been sitting outside in the desert with dirt all over them, filthy. 5. Driver dropping the bikes off was really great, he did a fantastic job and was very personable. This company does not care about your motorcycles and they do not communicate with their drivers. They couldn't care less about dates. When you bring up something completely reasonable like the fact that you told them a date you were physically leaving or that their estimate is weeks or a month off they just tell you that the dates were an "estimate." Those are not estimates, those was wild guesses and they couldn't care less about you as a customer or your needs. They are not up front about this, they manipulate you to thinking that your dates are meaningful. Very deceptive and callous. I have zero confidence in their ability to execute and am just grateful that I received the bikes at all and they seem not to have major damage. Never again would I use this company or anything affiliated with these people. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with any company, ever. Just plain deceptive and disrespectful. Stay away, you've been warned.
I can’t say enough about Haul bikes. They were professional, courteous and on-time. The driver was awesome! I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again if I need a hauling service! R.Souza Rio Vista, California
