Dairy Queen

This is the third Flamethrower burger that hasn't had ANY Flamethrower sauce. At least three more that only had enough to color the bread without any taste.. They constantly get my order wrong and have horrible wait times even though NO ONE else is in the drive thru. I do not recommend this one!!

I just stopped and got two chicken strip baskets for $18.10 When I got home there was no gravy in either one and very little fries. I would not recommend anyone to this dairy Queen. Especially when you call and do not get an answer and you cannot leave a voicemail and then it hangs up on you. Just wondering what kind of establishment this is because it is not the dairy Queen that I grew up knowing. Very disappointed. Will be getting in touch with corporate. Don't know who the manager is out there but they are doing very poorly.

Pulled through the drive through quickly, employee told us to park in a spot and the blizzards would be brought out. waited almost 20 MINUTES!!! I went inside after a while and tried to ask about the ice creams. employees were yelling, cursing, complaining about people walking into the lobby, “why didn’t anybody lock that door?”. I was finally waited on and the employee went into the back fridge and got my blizzards. So they were made but just sitting in the fridge. I bet if I hadn’t gone inside we would’ve never gotten our blizzards. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Staff seems bothered that you’re there. They are rude, last time I was there, the lady acted like she couldn’t understand. Then she said dang you want all that food. Another time the lady at the window took my money gave me change. Then comes back a few minutes later and tried to charge me again. Luckily she had given me a receipt bc she was ready to argue that I had not paid. Also they randomly lock the dining room. They are just very unprofessional every time I’ve been there. So I will avoid this location. I’m sure the staff will be happy about that.

Was asked to pull into waiting line of parking lot and sat there for 20 minutes. Finally went inside to see what was going on and and had to provide a receipt to remind them of my order. Once I got the blizzards, they were not turned upside down, which is a stupid thing to require, but it is promised. Not planning on returning. Prices have also increased.

Last night we were handed another family’s order by mistake in the drive thru. We were told to keep the food so we inspected the items and handled the food. An employee later returned and stated that the manager wanted the food back. We gave the food back and watched the employees give the same order to the correct family. Posting this because that family had an infant in their car, and this Dairy Queen violated health and safety practices by asking for the food back. Hoping that somebody makes it right! Absolutely unsafe practices!! UPDATE: I reached out to DQ using the method in their response and heard NOTHING back. They don’t care at all!!! Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly - they gave contaminated food to a family with an infant. It meant nothing to them, they just wanted to close the ticket out.

I usually have issues with this Dairy Queen they’re VERY stingy with their Honey Mustard and it came to a point I didn’t like coming to this one because either the drive-thru attendant had an attitude or there was always some other issue. I was pleasantly surprised by the Drive Thru attendant today. Receipt shows the name India and in this case, I had messed up my order at the speaker and when I told her my corrections at the window, she took it and changed my order promptly and graciously. She just overall had a very nice attitude about the whole situation when I could understand someone being frustrated with me or upset because I messed up. It was so refreshing to finally have a welcome experience at this location especially after that day I have had today. Made me want to start coming here more often like I used to. Shoutout to India, you made my day.

Tonight tried to order three six piece chicken tender baskets ,and the cashier by the window ,asked what dipping sauce we wanted we said gravy, she said with an attitude, we don't have any gravy ,my mom asked her nicely if they could make some more ,and they said no ,cause they were going to close around 10pm ,this being on national turnpike, I mean really ya'll are supposed to be open until 11 pm ,so why are they closing so early it's ridiculous, plus the workers need to have better attitudes towards their customers, their missing out on money doing that ,but that's alright I took my money elsewhere to get something to eat, and to help their business out

This was supposed to be a breakfast bowl. So apparently now we just throw two pieces of sausage on top. This is the worst dairy Queen in the city. Last week we picked up breakfast bowls that had no breakfast meat and gravy instead of salsa. Unbelievable!

Ordered 2 orders of biscuits and gravy hash browns and sausage.when we got home we had 2eggs and 2 slices of bacon 3 hash browns @4 sausage.Called and talked to manager but she was really rude I’ve been in Restaurant management for 32 year’s and I never treated any customers badly.
