Dairy Queen

This place literally gave me two special order blizzards with “No” toppings even though I paid for “Special” toppings. To be sooo trifling is disgusting. If you don’t want to work there then just “Don’t”. Look at the photos. Does this look like a cheesecake and Oreo blizzard to you ??!! Just quit please. You personally are trash as a person. Thank you

The product here is normally fine. However, yet another Dairy Queen location with the dining room locked in the middle of the daytime. I stood in line out the outside, pick up window, because I wanted to see the difference in sizes for the shakes. After they saw me standing in line for approximately five minutes, then they finally told me that they were doing drive-through only. I’ll not be visiting this location again either

Management and staff was very rude and unprofessional to the door – delivery and you racist remarks

I don't know why but this the best dairy queen, the food taste better. There burgers are so fresh and good.and the people are very nice too. Wheelchair accessibility: I am disabled and I never have any problems getting in or out.

One of the only trusty places to get fast food in this area. Food is always fresh and great. Love this place.

The great thing is that they’re surprisingly fast. Also consistent with how the prepare the legs. We’ve been here a lot. The inside never seems to be open and they won’t let you order at the walk up windows. We rode our bikes to get ice cream there and they wouldn’t let us order unless we would sit behind a car and inhale the exhaust on our bikes and Get in line to go through the drive thru. With having an infant and grade schooler we weren’t willing to do that.

This is my last time coming to this Dairy Queen. They close early all of the time and today they got my order wrong. No biggie I thought I will just go and exchange it. Somehow that turns into the employees being super aggressive as if they were going to resort to violence by flenching at me. The one employee had a black eye and said she just recently got in a fight and looked at me as if it were a warning. Just honestly the worst experience all because they got my order wrong and blamed me for it. They accused me of not wanting to pay for the extra sauce. I drive a Mercedes a dollar of sauce is not much and if you have to explain that much and worry about a physical altercation it’s really not worth it. I drive here because there isn’t a Dairy Queen downtown. Never again I’ll find another place to get my ice cream or another location.

What do I have to do to get extra gravy? Happy to pay for it if you can make it an option.Food: 2/5

It was a simple in and out stop for a icecream cone. It hit the spot at a reasonable price.

In the drive thru, ordered 3 times and the person taking the order only said "yes" and "anything else". Get to the window to pay and get the food, they didn't get my order correct at all. And the food they did try to serve was very poor quality. When asked for a manager all she said was "yeah they didn't get you for "___" and was very rude as well. She did give a refund, but the customer service and quality of food is extremely disappointing and poor. Will not be coming back.
