Best ice cream cakes ever! The cookie dough blizzard cake is perfect for birthdays and events, highly recommend

Went through the drive thru for a last minute birthday cake for my son. The gentlemen who took my order was prompt, friendly, and most helpful. He even took time to acknowledge and speak to my toddler in the backseat because she was trying so hard to get his attention and it made her night. Thank you for the amazing customer service on Jan 3rd around 6 pm whoever you are. My kids and I appreciate it so much.

Workers here are lazy and act like them being at work is a drag on them. Went through drive through yesterday. The employee at the drive through said they were closing for 15 minutes at 1 pm. Unheard of and ridiculous. The food is awful like rubber. I love Dairy Queen it makes me so mad they allow people like this to work for them.

Great, sandwiches was very spicy we never known they were until we got home.. Had to throw away we cannot have spicy food, was not ask or told just saying..

Their dining room was closed at 7pm even though their hours on the door said it closed at 9. The blizzard was good though

If i could give them no stars, i would. Worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to. Sat in line for 10mins trying to order only to be told at 3pm “THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED!” Yelled very loud into the speaker. So we order ice cream, only for them to not have our order at all when we get to the window so i said never mind and too my business elsewhere! Last time i try to stop by this trash place.

This is a sad sorry excuse for a DQ they have you waiting to take your order for over 20 mins before they say anything after one moment then saying their kitchen is not working cus they don’t want to cook nothing and then when you order the only thing they tell you that you can order ice cream they either don’t have that kind or out of the toppings this is the 5th time it’s happened to me I was just gonna let it be but something in management has to change there

Service was bad. The kid who was working the window was yelling and swearing at another employee. When we got our order ice cream was all over the place he didn't give us napkins and said goodbye without returning our credit card. Never going to this location again.

Like everywhere else, they are short staffed. The dining room was not opened even though the sign said it would be. Staff that was working wasn't familiar with that particular location but did their best to be helpful.

Pull your pants up when you clock-in. And another note of professionalism, when a customer ask for an item that they don't seen on your menu, such as a Dilly Bar...don't just stand there in silence! Customer Service would be to say "we have chocolate, cherry, butterscotch" whatever other flavors you may have, followed by the price! Try it, it'll go a long way!
