On time and aware of who did/did not have appointments. The person was very helpful offering to help with voter registration also.
Staffs are nice, but the walk-in queue could be handled a bit better. Alternate walk-ins and the appointments so the walk-ins doesn't have to wait even longer once called in for waiting.
THE slowest DMV I’ve ever been to. I’d recommend the one in Eagan next the outlet mall.
Absolutely no sense of urgency. The sloths in Zootopia, yeah they outpaced these people tenfold. First time going to this location, and from here on out I will be avoiding at all costs. Either fire your staff and hire on competent workers, or make more services available online.

Awesome. Yes, it was a longer wait...45 min. They are so kind and helpful here. Unlike Apple Valley, which is a private business, and WHERE they are extremely rude and unhelpful. MORAL: go to Burnsville DMV, NOT Apple Valley DMV And the library is right here too... nice!
Just had my drivers license appointment to change my name/updated my drivers license. They are very organized, hardly any wait time because you have to have an appointment. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend doing any changes now that you have to have an appointment.
