I was their first customer. Made it clear that I didn’t have much money, but wanted an engagement ring for my partner. They couldn’t turn away their first customer, but also didn’t sell me something quality. Checked it out and these guys sold me a rock. Do not recommend.

Went to Brian at Dalia Diamonds with my mom so I could make an engagement ring using my grandmother's old diamond. We had two to choose from, and both were slightly damaged so we needed to have them recut and certified. Brian handled everything and walked us through every step of the process across two appointments in two days in person. He then kept us in the loop on progress via text while we waited for the diamonds to be recut and prepared for a ring. Once the diamonds were back, Brian made us the ring exactly as we'd discussed and it turned out amazing. While Brian is very busy, he is completely trustworthy and honest. My fiancée and I will absolutely be going back to him for wedding bands and any future purchases.

Brian got me the watch that I wanted and did it in record time and at an excellent price. His level of customer service is simply outstanding. I've purchased from him both in person at their shop and online. In both instances he was a total professional. I would trust him with any and all future watch and diamond purchases.
