I would not let anyone else work on my automobile these guys are great they’re honest guy as they don’t try to take it vantage that a woman doesn’t know that much about an automobile Jason is great

I've used Dallas Auto repair a few times in the 3 years I've lived in the Hiram/Dallas area and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Honest and friendly service and I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family, or anyone else in the community.

I dropped off my 2003 Chevy Cavalier on Monday 03/12. I explained to the mechanic that my car was shutting off upon deceleration. He told me it would probably be Tuesday before he could look at it as it was already around 2PM. No problem. Tuesday afternoon I called them about 3:30PM and they had not gotten to it yet, but I was assured I would get a phone call ASAP. Wednesday, no call. Thursday, no call. I went to the office on Friday 16th and they told me that they charged the battery and everything looked ok. I was charged $60 and I took my car home. Saturday 17th. My car shut off on me. So, one week and $60 later, I'm back at square one.

#1 repair, Quality repairs, fair prices. Final cost was lower than original quote. Would recommend to anyone. #2 repair, This Shop is great! My wife's car would not pass emissions. Last time we took it to Toyota for a recall fix, Toyota said it would cost almost $1,000 to fix. Claiming the entire gas tank needed to be replaced for an evap hose repair. Dallas Auto did the repair for a fraction of the cost. Same day repair. Thank You as always!

Take your vehicle here and they wont be able to diagnose your problem but they'll keep your vehicle to go get parts and food . loading it with wrappers , trash and invoices. Tell you they couldn't recreate the problem and charge a few hundred dollars for a battery that you just replaced. Waste of time and money.
