Dalton's RV Center

I have been to many RV dealerships across this Country and I have to say this is by far the best and most personal location I have been to. Dalton and his employees are absolutely amazing in every aspect. If I could give more stars I would! It's always obvious that employees are a reflection of upper management and how they are treated, and the atmosphere here is a reflection of someone that cares about the people first from his employees to his customers. Way to go guys, you all rock!

I don't see how anyone could have a bad review of this place. I went in after calling to see if I could purchase a propane/gas valve for my hot water heater, they told me to bring the make and model number in and they would fix me right up. I took a picture of the unit knowing that I am very mechanically inclined, as to get the proper part. After discussion and not being able to find the correct valve the service manager went and got Dalton the owner. Not only did this man take time out of his very busy schedule with his customers and his re-modeling of the place; he also informed me that after looking at the picture that the valve wasn't the problem. After in depth explanation on the problem and myself bringing up another problem I had, Dalton lined me up with everything I need to know when it comes to owning an 5th wheel, especially in Wyoming! 5 star customer service and 5 star staff at Daltons RV Center! All my issues have been solved with his knowledge!

I was traveling west and experienced an electric short in my unit. Called Dalton's and ask for help,i was told by Kevin (Service Manager) to stop and they would try to find the problem. When I arrived the owner (Dalton) went out to my unit with tools and electrical tester and began working. About 45 minutes later he found and corrected the problem. What a great service experience for me at this business. Everyone at the business stepped up to get me on the road again. If i lived anywhere near this business I would not consider buying anywhere else. THANKS FOR THE HELP.

The worst costumer service by the owner lady herself. Cussing at customers even. Dont even know how she expects to have customers.

If you care about your rv, take it somewhere else. We dropped off our rv to have a few things to be repaired under warranty on our Tab. We were told they would call for the preauthorization before any work was done. Not only did they not call for authorization, they charged us $307 for confirming we had repair issues. All of this was warranty work. Nothing was fixed. What they did do is leave the refrigerator in pieces and damaged the floor on the inside of the trailer. Save your time, money, and protect your rv by taking it somewhere else.
