Beware of this company. I hired Dalton flooring to order and install LVP. Project manager Tommy lied about their capabilities to get my business. I was not informed they were not able to complete the job as agreed upon until after they removed my old flooring, leaving me no choice but to continue with the job. Project manager Tommy made promises he was unable to deliver then blamed it on lack of employee training. During installation, there were debris that got caught under the panels leaving lumps. I was a huge ordeal with them to get them to redo it. They were dismissive, argumentative, and extremely rude. They completely hacked my door frames and refused to fix them. Additionally, the flooring I purchased would have been under a 25 year warranty from most other websites. There was no warranty from Dalton.

Speaking only from my personal experience, I had no issues with Dalton flooring gallery. They were able to help me find what I needed, what colors would work, quality I could afford, and gave the best options available. They are negotiable to a point if you are close and have a max budget. The installers came and were efficient and moved furniture. I did have to take things off cabinets and bookcases and shelves which was a hassle but did allow me to redecorate and reorganize which was not a bad thing! Good selection and I felt very fair.

My husband and I went to several carpet places before selecting carpet from here. Ahmad the owner was super nice. He answered all our questions and gave us great affordable prices. The front desk staff Omar was polite and gave us A+ customer service. Omar even called right after the installation to check on us. My carpet was installed very beautiful quality carpet and the installer Jose was nice and professional. He even had us inspected after he was done to make sure we were happy with his service.

I had a great experience here at Dalton flooring gallery. Joris was the most patient and nicest person since I have been shopping for flooring. He ordered several samples for me and kept the communication going on the status of my order. The prices are a little higher but the exceptional customer service was worth it for me. I was able to get what I want with Joris’s help.

Emad the general manager was TOP NOTCH! I checked several places when getting flooring quotes and they were the best hands down! He was patient, quoted me fairly and his team was very attentive! They came out as promised, did the measurements, and laid the flooring quickly. WONDERFUL JOB! I have not one complaint. I am a first time home buyer and I was running out of money and patience, but Emad made the process smooth! Thank you SO much! I LOVE my floors!

I just had my carpet installed by this amazing company. Not only did they have a wide selection of every type of flooring you could ask for they had an in depth knowledge about everything. Since I am a caregiver for my elderly parents I was concerned with the volume of furniture and items that had to be moved in order to install the new carpet all over the home. Their installers did absolutely everything for us including moving a piano and a sleep number bed to install our new carpet. There is no other company around that was able to do our home. Also, they were so kind and extremely generous with helping me make sure my parents and my three cats were safe, comfortable and secure during the entire installation process. Their attention to every detail was extraordinary even dusting off those places behind furniture that you can never get to when they moved it for installation. Finally the cost for having this expert installation was amazingly affordable. It was 3k less than what Home Depot quoted and Home Depot told me that I would have to hire movers to pack everything up as well as hire a piano mover. Home Depot said they would not touch my sleep number bed and I would have to pay to have that company move it for me. Additionally Home Depot said they would not move my Television sets and that I would have to have that done. So, if you are looking for a far more superior quality of carpet along with a white glove service from a company that actually cares about you and your family then Dalton Flooring is the only company you need. Dalton Flooring Marietta location installed my luxury vinyl plank flooring and it looks amazing. The crew was fast finished the job within a few hours and the work looked professional. Received about 8-10 estimates and their price was the best in town! I plan to do business with Emad and Dalton Flooring again.

These guys are amazing! They were very helpful in the store as I chose my carpet and educated me about the stain resistance and the padding. Installation was wonderful! I came home to beautiful carpet with no scraps, trash or dust. They even vacuumed the whole carpet when they were done!! Highly recommend!
