Did an amazing job on my customer's floors

If I could give no stars I would. Wide pine floors were ruined, and no apology from Mr. Le. Sawdust in the finish, rippled flooring, cut nails were filled with putty, oh I could go on, and on. Checked reviews and references, not sure how this man is still in business. Damage is beyond repair, unless new floor is installed.
