very inconsiderate and stingy with their services. when handyman forgot a service which is fine- putting pictures up. service market wanted to charge again to send them to put pictures up. Ladies at customer care are insulting and rude. JA movers are however good, but service market itself it pretty bad.

Service market assigned the Best root cargo and movers for us. These guys were really good. They turned up a little early which was great. They packed dissembled and assembled the furniture perfectly. The work was neat clean and they were really helpful and worked well. I would highly recommend the service :

appointment system was smooth and very punctual. cleaner was below average though I had asked for a very experienced one. many spots were not cleaned and I noticed them when she left. when I reported my dissatisfaction to the service market I didn't even receive a note of apology. I will not use their service again.
