Danielle Beaver and her staff was a blessing to my case. She listened to my concerns and was patient with me. I had a lot of questions on the paperwork and every time I called, they answered my questions. I have anxiety and she really gave me the confidence I needed the day of my hearing with the judge. She took the time to look at my case and to understand my condition. She is very compassionate and was able to guide me in this legal journey. I was denied twice for disability, so my doctor recommended her. I was finally approved for my disability, and I can’t thank her enough for the support.
I loved working with Danielle! She does amazing work! On the day of my hearing I had been in serious crazy pain for a week! I could not hold myself together!!! Danielle Beaver was an answer to prayer Most people think of attorneys as being aggressive, mean and insensitive. But, Danielle is exactly the opposite. She is kind, gracious, patient and understanding. Even her staff; Kailie and Noah were very pleasant every time I called. I was denied three times so my family recommended her to me. She patiently guided me through the process of requesting a hearing. Thankfully, I was finally awarded a “fully favorable” decision by a SSA law judge. I think a lot of it was because she told them she was representing me. I believe her name and reputation carries a lot of weight in their office. If I could give her a ten stars rating I would.
I was denied multiple times, however, I was finally approved for disability but only after I contacted Attorney Beaver. Folks, if you’re organized and do your part with medical records and keep up with doctor visits, you can’t lose. If you’re lazy and show up thinking she’ll do everything and remind you of little things, you can’t win here or any lawyer’s office or in life. I will be able to have a much higher quality of life instead of just getting by. The harder you work, the luckier you’ll be.
